<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 3, 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br /> <br />the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, February 3, 1987, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Kehr, Cushman and Johnson; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were James F. Andre, City Manager; Charles <br /> <br />Honchell, City Public Works Director; Douglas Strong, Senior <br /> <br />Engineering Technician; Robert Bell of Peterson, Bell, Converse <br /> <br />and Jensen, City Attorney; and Thomas S. Deans of Knutson, Flynn, <br /> <br />Hetland & Deans, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />Councilmember Matson introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8090 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENTS NO. p-85-20B AND sw-85-20E <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT <br />TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing on the proposed construction of Improvements No. p-85-209 <br />and sw-85-20E consisting of the installation of bituminous <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and necessary appur- <br />tenances on all that property abutting Cleveland Avenue from <br />County Road B-2 to the Burlington Northern Railway tracks south <br />of County Road C as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost <br />presently estimated at $317,658.48, and substantially in accor- <br />dance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof <br />
