<br />for Port Authority powers for the City of Rosevillew and.,

<br />WHEREAS,, House File 95,5,1, Chapter N'oi., 257, grants additional
<br />authority to the.City to act as, if it were a Port Authority; andl
<br />WHEREAS,., Minnesota Statute 645.021 requires approval of a special
<br />law by the affected lioica,l government,;
<br />NOW
<br />- jr THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council, of the
<br />City of Rosevillie, does hereby approve Minnesota Law 1985,
<br />Chapter 301, as, amended, by 'House File No. 555, Chapter 257, and
