CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular meeting of the City Council - June 22, 1987. 7:30 P.M. -he City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL members present: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Wiski. Members absent: None. Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES regular meeting of June 8, 1987, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Wiski. Nays: None. B -1 Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Kayo Oil KAYO OIL Company's request for Special Use Permit and variance COMPANY at 1583 County Road C be approved with the following conditions: 1. That thirty feet of right -of -way be dedicated on County Road C. 2. That there be a provision of a new sewer easement, and that said sewer construction should be com- pleted according to City specifications. The applicant shall furnish the City reproducible as- builts upon completion. 3. That a concrete sidewalk be constructed on the contiguous public right -of -way, subject to staff review, and/or placement of funds in escrow for sidewalk requirements. 4. That staff approve final engineering and landscape plans, with larger trees required. 5. That the building be constructed of brick, on all four sides, that is consistent with adjacent devel- opment, and reviewed by staff. 6. That a drive access be provided, if necessary, for access to contiguous properties to the north. 7. That the development be constructed per plans sub- mitted April 30, 1987. 8. That the parapet height be increased to cover the mechanical systems on the roof. 9. That access to the West Frontage Road would require Council approval. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Wiski. Nays: None. B -2 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8150, RESOLUTION ordering Improvement P- 86 -15, be adopted, and 8150 authorizing Ramsey County to act on the City's behalf in regard to contracting on this project. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Wiski. Nays: None.
