3. There is a similar situation to variance #2 above on the <br />west side of the Ground Round. We are showing fourteen <br />(14) new parking spaces in part of what was the old <br />service road along the east side of Snelling. We do not <br />know where the final right of way on the east side of <br />Snelling will be as Har Mar and the State are negotiating <br />this location. Until then we do not know if the 15' <br />setback will be maintained. <br />SUMMARY <br />With the exception of the three possible variances listed <br />above, we believe we have prepared a package for the addition <br />and site renovation which complies with all Roseville Zoning <br />and Code requirements. We feel the design will enhance the <br />Center and provide a new and complimentary selection of <br />retailers to the Roseville Area. <br />We hope the Commission and Council will favor our request. <br />
