That staff approve final drainage and engineering plans. <br />2. That staff approve landscape plans, including trash screening in a <br />similar building material. <br />3. That applicant place appropriate sidewalk funds in escrow. <br />Notion approving/denying Bonestroo/Rosene! (BRA Partners, Inc.) request <br />for Special Use Permit and rezoning at 2335 - 2369 Fulham, with the <br />aforementioned conditions if so desired. <br />Motion approving/denying adoption of an ordinance rezoning property at <br />2335 - 2369 Fulham from R-1 to B-4. <br />
