REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 7/13/87
ITEM NO.: 6"5-
Department Approval: Manager Reviewed; Agenda Section;
Hearings
Item Description: Joel and Phyllis Dillner request for final plat at
2192 Acorn Road.
The Roseville City Council, at its May 11, 1987 meeting, approved Joel
and Phyllis Dillner request for preliminary plat at 2192 Acorn Road,
and established the public hearing on the final plat for June 8, 1987.
At the June 8 City Council meeting, as a result of the fact of_
Engineering not having received the final plat materials, the hearing
was continued until July 13, 1987.
The applicants have now asked to be relieved of the platting require-
ment based on the unique configuration of the plat, and the cost.
After reviewing their request, staff has determined that the request
is indeed reasonable.
In light of the fact that all required items of the preliminary plat
have been completed, the Council can simply approve a lot split with a
variance to the platting requirement.
COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED:
Motion approving/denying withdrawal of Joel and Phyllis Dillner's
request for final plat at 2192 Acorn Road.
Motion approving/denying Joel and Phyllis Dillner request for lot
split and variance to platting requirement.
