Ericson request for sign variance at 1233 <br />W. Larpenteur. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its July 1, 1987 meeting, <br />unanimously recommended approval of the John C. Ericson request for <br />sign variance at 1233 W. Larpenteur with the following conditions: <br />1. That the sign be 21.6 feet high, with a clearance of 14 feet in <br />the sign area of 85.75 square feet. <br />2. That the nonconforming sign on the roof shall be removed. <br />3. That the concrete curbing be placed encompassing the island within <br />which the sign is placed. <br />4. That additional landscaping be added upon completion of the <br />curbing work, subject to staff approval. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Notion approving/denying John C. Ericson's request for sign variance <br />at 1233 W. Larpenteur, with the aforementioned conditions if so <br />desired. <br />
