REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 7/13/87 <br />ITEM NO.: F-5/ <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />01' Y-r Reports and Recommendations <br />Item Description: Donald Roberts request for shoreline permit at 222 N. <br />McCarron Boulevard. <br />Roberts is proposing a 201 x 30, addition to his home, which requires <br />a shoreline permit. No variances are required as the addition is over <br />three hundred feet from the high water mark of McCarrons Lake. One <br />tree will probably be removed, that will be too close to the foundation. <br />Mr. Dahlgren has reviewed the proposal, and finds everything to be in <br />order. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Donald Roberts request for shoreline permit <br />at 222 N. McCarron Boulevard. <br />
