Etten request for minor variance at 403 <br />South McCarrons Boulevard. <br />The Minor Variance Committee convened June 29, 1987, and unanimously <br />recommended approval of the Henry J. Etten request for minor variance <br />at 403 South McCarrons Boulevard. <br />The Etten's are removing an old garage, and replacing it with an <br />addition that will include a new family room, bedroom, and garage. <br />The new addition will be three feet versus the required ten feet; <br />thus a side yard variance of seven feet is needed. <br />Mr. Dahlgren has worked with the Etten's in developing the most <br />workable plan, and all of the neighbors supported the project. <br />Actual Setback - 3 feet <br />Required setback - 10 feet <br />Variance - 7 feet <br />Percent Variance - 70 percent <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Henry J. Etten's request for minor variance <br />at 403 South McCarrons Boulevard. <br />
