This trailer would be used to alleviate a severe space problem we are experiencing in our customer repair department. It would house two or three people and the electronic equipment needed by them to repair electronic products returned to us by our customers. Our reasons for electing a temporary building as opposed to permanent structure are: 1.) The cost is much less. 2.) Our needs are not great enough at this time to justify a larger expansion. 3.) The volatility of the real estate situation in this area of Roseville gives us concern as to our future in this location and discourages us from expending any funds for building expansion. Hopefully the picture will become clearer in two years. The trailer we are considering measures 121 x 561, has white exterior, and is typical of those used on construction sites as a superintendent's office. The planned location places it out of sight from County Road C and we would set it up and maintain it in an aesthetically pleasing fashion.
