<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minneso- <br />ta was duly held on the 16th day of December, 1996 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and <br />Wall ' and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Goedeke <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9363 <br /> <br />RBSOLUTIOR DIRBC"l'DiG THE C01Jl!ilTY A.UDITOR TO <br />ADJUST THE 1997 TAX LEVY FOR BOJIDED DEBT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council will be issuing General Improvement <br />Bonds in 1997 requiring a new levy; and WHEREAS, there are re- <br />serve funds sufficient to reduce the levy for General Improvement <br />Issues 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, and 17 in the amount of <br />$1,636,221 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br /> <br />The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to increase the 1997 tax <br />levy for the planned General Improvement Bond Issue Series 23, <br />1997 by $81,752 and to reduce the levy by $1,636,221 which is <br />being paid by debt service reserves. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Wiski and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, <br />Maschka, and Wall, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
