This amendment <br />invalidates portioinis of City Clode 237.020. <br />Under Section 5 of statute 626-862, cities may pass ordinances allowing certain <br />Al 101 <br />individuals, non-pea,ce officeirs, to, issue citations only. The individuals would <br />0 <br />noit be allowed to have, citiation recipients sign tih,e promise to appear section or <br />to take 'the person o, custody.
