<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 3, 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br />the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, February 3, 1987, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Kehr, Cushman and Johnson; and the <br /> <br />following were aosent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were James F. Andre, City Manager; Charles <br /> <br />Honchell, City Public Works Director; Douglas Strong, Senior <br /> <br />Engineering Technician; Robert Bell of Peterson, Bell, Converse <br /> <br />and Jensen, City Attorney; and Thomas S. Deans of Knutson, Flynn, <br /> <br />Hetland & Deans, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8098 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENT NO. P-86-33 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT <br />TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. P-86-33 <br />consisting of the installation bituminous paving, concrete curb <br />and gutter and necessary appurtenances on all that property <br />abutting Arona Street from County Road C-2 to Centennial Drive <br />and abutting Centennlal Drive to the end of the cul-de-sac as <br />described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated <br />at $80,881.16, and substantially in accordance with the prelimi- <br />nary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file In <br />
