<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 16th day of December, 1996, at 7:15 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, Wall and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9364 <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING THE NORTH HALF OF COUNTY ROAD C-2 <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY, LYING EAST OF LONG LAKE ROAD/PARTRIDGE ROAD AND <br />WEST OF 135W <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a <br />public hearing to determine whether or not a portion of said street in the City of Roseville <br />should be vacated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, <br />it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said street; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, hereby vacates the north half of County Road C-2 right-of-way, lying east of <br />Long Lake Road/Partridge Road and west of 135W subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />1. The 20 foot drainage and utility easement be retained/granted. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Goedeke <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Goedeke, <br />Mastel, Maschka, Wall and the following voted against same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
