'143 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: '144 '45 '146 RESOLUTION 147 '148 RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO '149 ADJUST THE APPROVED TAX LEVY FOR 2012 BONDED DEBT '150 151 WHEREAS, the City will be required to make debt service payments on General Improvement Debt in 15 d"'? 2012; and '53 '154 WHEREAS, there are reserve funds sufficient to reduce the levy for General Improvement Issues Series '155 2003A, and 2009A, 200913; and '156 15"7 WHEREAS,General Improvement Issue Series 23 has been refunded and replaced with series 2004A;and '158 '159 WHEREAS, General Improvement Issue Series 2008A requires a slightly higher amount. '160 161 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that 1 6d"',,! '163 The Ramsey County Auditor is directed to change the 2012 tax levy for General Improvement Debt by '164 ($289,187.20) from that which was originally scheduled upon the issuance of the bonds, which is being '165 paid by debt service reserves.
