<br />OF A CITY POLICY ON NONMOTORIZED PATI-IWAYS
<br />ANDESTABLISHING, THE OFFICIAL NONMOTORIZED
<br />PATHWAY SYSTEM
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that there is a need to prov"dz,
<br />facilities, for noinmotoirlILzed forms of transportation in the communitye
<br />and , I
<br />WHEREAS,, these needs are not, totally being met by the existing trans-
<br />portaon sysitem; and,
