<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 9 I 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 9, 1987, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Kehr, Cushman and Johnson; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were James F. Andre, City Manager; Charles <br /> <br />Honchell, City Public Works Director; Douglas Strong, Senior <br /> <br />Engineering Technician; and Robert Bell of Peterson, Bell, <br /> <br />Converse and Jensen, City Attorney. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8103 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENT NO. p-ST-86-22 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT <br />TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. <br />P-ST-86-22 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving. <br />concrete curb and gutter, storm sewers, utility repair and <br />necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting or having <br />access to Lakeview Avenue from Woodhill Drive to County Road C-? <br />abutting Orchard Lane from Lakeview Avenue to Victoria Street an1 <br />also on all that property bounded by County Road C-2 on the <br />north, Woodhill Drive on the south! VIctoria Street on the east <br />and 103 feet west of Lakeview Avenue on the west as described i~ <br />the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at <br />
