Application for Endorsement <br />to On-Siale Intoxiciating Liquor License at 2100 <br />N. Sinelling Avenuel. <br />The Ground Round, Inc. currently has On-Sale and Special Sunday <br />L ik 9 <br />iquor Licenses for their restaurant at 2100 N,, Snelling Avenue. <br />They are now applying for an endorsement to the On-Sale License, <br />which would, plermit the sale and, consumption of 'Intoxicating <br />I <br />liquor outside the structure. The outside sales would occur on a <br />fenced patio at the southwest corner of the building. <br />At the last Work SessiLon, the Council authorized advertising the <br />Public Hearing for the May 12 Council meeting, and to mall notices <br />to homeowneris with 350i feet of the restaurant. <br />Motion establishing a Public Hearing Monday,, May 12, 1986, to <br />4 <br />consider Ground Round Inc.
