<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 9, 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City .of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br />the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, February 9, 1987, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Kehr, Cushman and Johnson; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cushman introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br />Resolution No. 8107 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. W-87-04 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, on all that property abutting the Trunk <br /> <br />Highway 36 frontage road from Acorn Road to approximately 660 <br /> <br />feet west, by the installation of watermain and necessary appur- <br /> <br />tenances, filed with the Council on September 16, 1986, is hereby <br /> <br />declared to be signed by 100~ of the owners of property affected <br />thereoy pursuant to Minn. Stat. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />
