<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />it <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />it <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />it <br /> <br />it <br /> <br />it <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in <br />the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br />ninth day of February, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Hatson, and Wiski, <br />and the following were absent: <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Ha tson <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8108 <br /> <br />FUNCTIONAL CLASSIFICATION OF FAIRVIEW AVENUE AND COUNTY ROAD B-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Fairview Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road D, County Road D <br />from I-35W to Fairview Avenue and County Road B-2 (including portions of St. <br />Croix Street and Terminal Road) from T.H. 280 to Lexington Avenue are currently <br />classified as collector and local roads; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the characteristics of these sections of roads are more suitable to <br />the functional classification of minor arterial; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Roseville supports the <br />change in functional classification of these roads within the City of <br />Roseville's jurisdiction to minor arterial. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Kehr, and upon a vote being taken thereon the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, <br />and Wiski, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
