No. 8109 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br /> <br />County, Minnesota was duly held at the City Hall in said City <br /> <br />on Monday, the 23rd day of February, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Cushman, Johnson, Kehri Matson, and Wiski, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Matson <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE <br />OF HEALTH CARE FACILITIES REVENUE BONDS <br />(THE PRESBYTERIAN HOMES OF MINNESOTA, INC. PROJECT) <br />UNDER THE MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br /> <br />resolution was duly seconded by member <br /> <br />Kehr <br /> <br />, and <br /> <br />upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor <br /> <br />thereof: <br />Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
