EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 23rd day of February 1987, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski, and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8110 RESOLUTION EXTENDING MORATORIUM WHEREAS, the City Council declared a Development Moratorium November 24, 1986, on the 1-35 and Cleveland area (see attached maps); and, WHEREAS, the City has prepared a preliminary analysis of these areas and proposed a specific work plan; and, WHEREAS, the City has determined that in order to accomplish the work plan five additional months will be required to properly complete said plan; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville extends is Moratorium in the I-35W and Cleveland areas until July 28, 1987. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
