<br />1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all <br /> <br />property affected by said requested improvement in accordance <br /> <br /> <br />with Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.031, subd. 3. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The City Public Works Director is instructed to prepare a <br /> <br />report advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether <br /> <br />the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should <br /> <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some other impro- <br /> <br />vement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />All work previously done on said report is ratified. <br /> <br />3. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as <br /> <br />proposed in the report of the City Public Works Director received <br /> <br />by the Council on February 23, 1987. <br /> <br />4. The City Public Works Director is hereby designted as the <br /> <br /> <br />engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and speci- <br /> <br />fications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Kehr and upon roll call vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All pre- <br /> <br /> <br />sent; and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon <br /> <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
