<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 23, 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of <br /> <br />February, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Kehr, Cushman and Johnson; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8115 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION, <br />APPROVING REPORT AS PREPARED <br />AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. sw-86-25 <br />PURSUANT TO PETITION 8Y 100% OF THE OWNERS <br />OF THE AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, on the northeast quadrant of Larpenteur Avenue <br /> <br />and Lexington Avenue by the installation of sidewalk and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on <br /> <br />~_Lffi___ in conjunction wi th a development <br /> <br />agreement, is hereby declared to be signed by 100% of the owners <br /> <br />of property affected thereby pursuant to Minn. Stat. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />
