<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 23, 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of <br /> <br />February, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8118 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REDESIGNATING IMPROVEMENTS <br />NO. p-ST-86-22 AND P-ST-86-34 <br />AS IMPROVEMENTS NO. p-86-22, ST-86-22, <br />P-86-34 AND ST-86-34 <br />AND CONSOLIDATING IMPROVEMENTS NO. <br />ST-86-22 AND ST-86-34 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. On December 8, 1986, the City Council designated two pro- <br />posed improvements as Improvements No. P-ST-86-22 and P-ST-86-34. <br />After public hearing, the Council ordered construction of both <br />improvements on February 9, 1987. Due to the fact that these <br />improvements contain a state aid street project, a City street <br />project and two storm sewer projects, the Council determines that <br />the projects could be more efficiently constructed and assessed <br />if separated. Therefore, Improvement No. P-ST-86-22 is rede- <br />signated as Improvements No. p-86-22 and ST-86-22; Improvement <br />No. P-ST-86-34 is redesignated as Improvements No. P-86-34 and <br />ST-86-34. The Council reaffirms that each said improvement shall <br />be constructed and financed as ordered prior to redesignation. <br />
