<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council <br />on February 3, 1987, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br />plans and specifications for Consolidated Improvements of 1987, <br />Project p-86-31 and has presented such plans and specifications <br />to the Council for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council <br />on February 3, 1987, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br />plans and specifications for Consolidated Improvements of 1987, <br />Project P-86-32 and has presented such plans and specifications <br />to the Council for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council <br />on February 3, 1987, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br />plans and specifications for Consolidated Improvements of 1987, <br />Project P-86-33 and has presented such plans and specifications <br />to the Council for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the direction of the City Council, the <br />City Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications <br />for Improvement No. p-86-46 and has presented such plans and spe- <br />cifications to the Council for approval. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. Such plans and specifications for each such improvement <br />specified above, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a <br />part hereof, are hereby approved. <br />2. 1987 Contract A shall include the following improvements: <br />P-85-20B; SW-85-20E; ST-85-21; P-W-SS-86-42; P-ST-86-43; and <br />P-SS-W-86-10.
