<br />considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accom- <br />panied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to <br />the Manager for ten percent of the amount of such bid. <br />4. 1987 Contract D shall include the following improvements: <br />Consolidated Improvements of 1987, Projects P-86-20; P-86-23; <br />P-86-40; and p-86-41. The City Manager shall prepare and cause <br />to be inserted in the Roseville Review, the official paper, and <br />in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the <br />making of such approved plans and specifications. The adver- <br />tisement for 1987 Contract D shall be published as required by <br />law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids on <br />the basis of ca3h payment for such worK, shall state that the <br />bids will be received by the City Manager and Public Works <br />Director until 9:00 o'clock a.m. on March 26, 1987, at which time <br />they will be publicly opened in the City Hall by the City Manager <br />and City Public Works Director, will then be tabulated, and will <br />subsequently be considered by the Council; and that no bids will <br />be considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accom- <br />panied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to <br />the Manager for ten percent of the amount of such bid. <br />5. 1987 Contract E shall include the following improvements: <br />Consolidated Improvements of 1987, Projects P-ST-86-28; P-86-29; <br />P-86-31; P-86-32; P-86-33; and Improvement No. p-86-46.
