<br />EXTRACT OF HIRUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in <br />the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br />twenty-third day of February 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Kehr, Matson, Johnson, and <br />Cushman. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8120 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br /> <br />ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements for the City of <br />Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, and <br />since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained within said <br />assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment <br />of the original assessments be made by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County <br />Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City' Council of the City of Roseville does hereby make <br />the following apportionment of original assessments against the following <br />described properties: <br />
