The city manager is hereby authorized and directed to file a copy of the modified Program and TIF Plans with the Minnesota department of revenue as required by the TIF Act. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Maste 1 , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Wi ski , Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, \/all and the following voted against the same: None.
