<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />MARCH 9, 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br /> <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 9th day of March, 1987, <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Matson introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8123 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. w-87-4 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all owners <br /> <br />of the real property abutting the Trunk Highway 36 frontage road <br />from Acorn Road to approximately 660 feet west in the City of <br /> <br />Roseville requesting that the Council install watermain and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances at said location and requesting that the <br /> <br />entire cost of said improvement be assessed against their proper- <br /> <br />ty; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br />February 9, 1987, a report has been prepared by the City Public <br /> <br />Works Director with reference to the improvement, and this report <br /> <br />was received by the Council on March 9, 1987; <br />
