<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />MARCH 9, 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was dUly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 9th day of <br />March, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Matson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8124 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR VARIOUS SPECIFIED IMPROVEMENTS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDS <br />ON 1987 CONTRACT F <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on February 23, 1987, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br /> <br />plans and specifications for Improvement No. p-86-24 and has pre- <br /> <br />sented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on February 23, 1987, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br /> <br />plans and specifications for Improvement No. sw-86-25 and has <br /> <br />presented such plans and specifications to the Council for appro- <br /> <br />val; and <br />
