<br />plans and specifications for Consolidated Improvements of 1987, <br />Project P-86-39 and has presented such plans and specifications <br />to the Council for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council <br />on February 9, 1987, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br />plans and specifications for Consolidated Improvements of 1987, <br />Project p-86-47 and has presented such plans and specifications <br />to the Council for approval. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. Such plans and specifications for each such improvement <br />specified above, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a <br />part hereof, are hereby approved. <br />2. 1987 Contract F shall include the following improvements: <br />Improvement No. P-86-24; Improvement No. Sw-86-25; Improvement <br />No. p-86-26; and Consolidated Improvements of 1987, Projects <br />P-ST-86-35; P-86-36; P-86-37; P-86-38; P-86-39; and P-86-47. The <br />City Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the <br />Roseville Review, the official paper, and in the Construction <br />~~lletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for 1987 <br />Contract F shall be published as required by law, shall specify <br />the work to be done~ shall call for bids on the basis of cash <br />payment for such work, shall state that the bids will be received <br />by the City Manager and Public Works Director until 9:00 o'clock <br />a.m. on April 9, 1987, at which time they will be publicly opened <br />in the City Hall by the City Manager and City Public Works <br />-3- <br />
