This ill reach <br />approximatiely 96 percent of the existinig dwelling units in the county. <br />The service area will also include Laytonsvielle, and Barnesville. <br />Public schools outside the initial semi ce airlea,, i ncluding Clarksburg <br />Elementary and Farquhar Middle School ill also receive service. <br />
