District No,,. 7 <br />District No. 7 includes Twin City Freight, indianhead, Glenowwo <br />dienning,, and Commiers-Klodt parcels. This will be quaed <br />in <br />redevelopment district (buildings in need of clearance), <br />and the incrementsi f'rolm the pro3ects can be used to facilitate <br />A 41 <br />any publilc improvements that may be required 'in any one of <br />these d,evielolpmen,ts or potential dievellopment areas. <br />k <br />3., District No. 8 <br />Tax Increment Ddistrict No. 8 includes the Shelard and Learning <br />Tree parcels on Rice and B-2.
