Thi's agreement essentially <br />says that MnDOT agrees to, providle services to the city when requested and then <br />to charge the citiy for, those special, services. It further authorizes the ity <br />engineer as the official representative of the city to sign documents of a <br />state aid nature,, <br />This, does not pledge any funds to MnD10T or require any specific use of their <br />I he <br />servicies but, is, merely, a legal tool to allow that 30.n t future if desired, <br />The city, has, used their i <br />services n, the past for such things as evaluating a <br />roadwayg designing, a signal, testing construction materialsp and inspecting <br />asphalt plants.
