As was - the case ith the initial two parcels developed$ this platting
proposal, wil,l, include mutual parking and access easements for all of the
lots. The four lots will have over 4001 parking spaces which exceeds
if
ordinance requirements for the four structures proposed.
0 W
30 Mr. Drown, Assistant City Engineer, comments on the proposed preliminary
0
Plat as followsai
The utilities as shown contain, several minor problems that should
a a
be corrected. Specificallyo proposed water main contains unusual
details,, and a sizeable portion of the site will drain out the
proposed, entrance. We beli'eve, each of these matters can be
a a
adequatiely addressed, at staff level, and we suggest the Commission
W
and Council conditilon, any action on staff approval.
2& The proposed PUD involves several cross easements between all
pir, opert, ies for utility and vehicular access. Any action should
be, conditioned, on the city approving these easement agreements9
to assure that they are adequate.''
