To Mayor r Demos end members of the Roseville City Council: <br />We the undersigned ned urge you to reconsider your decision on improvement <br />P ST 4 ,-33 for r oonstr cti on of Woodhi l l Orin from Lexington Avenue to <br />Victoria-for summer of 1 985 for the following reasons <br />1 C rreibt and increasing traffic stress on Woodhill from Group <br />Cable T, Lake Ridge Health Care Center and its affiliated <br />business, MTC buses, North Subuirban Lines buses$ school buses, <br />emergency vehicles and volunteer firemen in addition to the <br />traffic generated by the sinigle fiamily homes in the neighborhood. <br />2 The apparent rack of concrete, plans for development ent o the <br />property south of Woodhi i l , west of Oxford Street in the <br />immediate future by Mr. George Reding; city waterlines can be <br />installed under the street to islerve that property whenever the <br />street is improved, and need not be postponed until such time <br />as that property is r e oned and developed. <br />3 Entrance to any planned m l ti pil'e dwell i ng apartnont building or <br />condo on the above-mentioned site might be more appropriately <br />placed on Oxford Street + piposi to existing condominiums rather than <br />on l o d'hui l " Drive, negating any need to delay the street improvement <br />for driveway cuts to that property. <br />4) Since this was a Council i nsti giated project and the Council knew <br />thuat Municipal State Aid moniles were available for It at this time <br />wie assumed that Council members supported the ProJect, and were <br />s rpri sod When it was tur''nied down,. <br />Pr Aoo' <br />ADD'R'ESS <br />1, Pie <br />am <br />---- ------ <br />
