EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the twenty-third day of March, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Johnson, and the following were absent: Wiski. Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8127 REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY TO RESTRICT PARKING ALONG A PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD C WHEREAS, the county has planned the improvement of County Road C from Lexington Avenue to Dale Street as well as a small portion of Victoria Street; and WHEREAS, the county will be expending county funds and county state aid highway funds on the improvement of said street; and WHEREAS, said improvement does not conform to the approved minimum standards as previously adopted for such county state aid streets; and WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions, that would be a necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a county project in the city, has been determined. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the city requests the county to restrict the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of County Road C from Lexington Avenue to Dale Street. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Matson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
