EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of April, 1981, at 1:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, Johnson, and Wiski, and the following were absent: None. Member Matson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8136 TAX FORFEITED LAND ON ALTA VISTA DRIVE WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County be resolution dated April 6, 1981, classified as non-conservation land, certain land lying within the limits of the City of Roseville; and WHEREAS, a certified copy of the classification resolution together with a list of the land classified has been submitted for approval of the classification and sale of the land classified in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 282.01, Sub. 1; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the classification of the land shown on said list as non-conservation land and the sale thereof be and hereby is approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager be and hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution in the Office of the Land Commissioner. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Cushman , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, Johnson, and Wiski , and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
