<br />4,,, Purchaser shall pay the Fee to the Association by paying the Deposit,
<br />which shall not be refundable, upon execution hereof and the balance of
<br />the Fee on the Concert Date at least one hour before the Starting Time,
<br />5 The Association agrees to furnish to Purchaser one standard press book,
<br />and, if requested by Purchaser, a program copy, The program copy as
<br />furnished by the Association shall be the only program distributed in
<br />conneiction, with the concert and shall not be changed without the
<br />Association's prior approval.,
<br />6110 All advertising and promotion shall be subject to the prior approval of
<br />ob
<br />the Assioliclat.on and no changes may be made thereto without the
<br />Association's prior consent. Such material shall identify the
<br />Minnesota Orchestra, its Music Director, the Conductor and any other

<br />priniclpiialis,, all as d1rectied bye the Association. No product or service
<br />may be promoted In connection with such advertising or promotion, but
<br />the sponsorship of the concert by Purchaser may be 'indicated. All of
<br />the foregoing approvals and con,sents must be in writing to be valid*

<br />7. All radio, television, recording and other electronic and media rights
<br />are reserved exclusively to the Assoclia lore . No radio, camera,
<br />re,corld3"-nlg or sound transmittal device of any kind whatsoever shall be

<br />pilaicield or used during the conciert without the prior written consent of
<br />the Assoiciatilone
<br />8, T'hie Association shall provide at its expense for the transportation of
<br />the musicians, their instrumentis and other equipment. If local stage-
<br />hands are necessar� Y and local union members do not respond to a call
<br />nion-union help may be engaged.
<br />9. Purchaser shall:

<br />(c) prevent the occurrence of any fireworks or similar activity within
<br />a IN yard radius of the stage,-

<br />(1d) previent the ocicurrence of any activities that might cause audio

<br />nterference with the performancle or which would utilize any part
<br />of the, stage for the one-half hour preceding the Starting Time;
<br />i(e) provilde, the concert without cost, direct or indirect, to the public
<br />or any other person or organization and shall not permit the soli-
<br />citation or collection Hof any money or thing of value for any pur-
<br />poise, whether by doniation or otherwise, before, during or after the

<br />not assign or transfer this Agreement or any right or interest
<br />hereunder, whether voluntarily or by operation of law, and any such

<br />assignment or transfer shall, be null and void, and
<br />�(g) advise the public and post notices at the Location at least one
<br />hour before the Starting Time of any cancellation of the concert or
<br />it re,locatioln to the Alternate Location, as the case may be
<br />10., Purichaser, represents that no slegriegation in admission, seating or
<br />otherwise is or will be practiced at the Location or, if applicable,
<br />the Alternate Location*
<br />11. If Purchaser shall fail to pay, pierform. or observe any of the obliga-
<br />tions or rie,presientations on Plu,rchas,er's part to be paid, performed or

<br />obsiervied hiereunders the Assiociation may, in addition to and not in
<br />ob
<br />imitatilLion of any other remedies, terminate this Agreement by notice to
<br />Purchaser
