The original <br />proposals were for large,, two story contemporary style houses. <br />We are now proposing smaller k story traditional bungalows with <br />low pitched riolof's. We feel, this is more appropriate to the <br />c,ha,ract,er of the neighborhood, <br />*I <br />2* He ight'. The original proposal cial,led f or a two story house <br />wil"Ah a height of 34'0"'. A,second proposal was offered as a <br />two story house with, a height of 28'0". We are now proposing a <br />storyand one half bungalow with a height of approximately <br />201011i above finished grade, <br />3* 'Traffic, and the Communit <br />-y Drive.
