Department Approval <br />In <br />11�anager Reviewed: Agenda Section, <br />Item Description,: Graham Investmentfs request for rezoning of <br />,land, from R-1 and B�l to B�2p approval of <br />Special Use Permit,, and Amendment to Comprehen- <br />si,vie Plan at 1,906 North Lexington. <br />The Planning Commission, on September 4F unanimously recommended <br />Graham Inviesitm,ent's request for rezoniong of land from R-1 and B-1 <br />to B,-2i,, approval, of' Special Use Permit,, and Amendment to <br />Com,pre hens i ve Plan with the f ollowinig conditions: <br />That only onle driveway be allowed on the Lexington side of <br />the parcela Consideration should be given to combining said <br />driveway wi,th Acelsi operation. <br />2. That one drivewayon RoSelawn should be moved to the far <br />eastern side of the parcel and, thus,, the majority of parkini-I <br />should, be placed, on the western part of the parcel. <br />3. That the Parking request should, be reduced to the required forty- <br />six as opposed to the proposed fifty-three.
