PUBLIC EDGE - Existing lakes and parks will be fronted with clearly defined, <br />continuous and accessible public pedestrian rights of ways maintained by the <br />City. These right-of ways, like all other right of ways, will be lighted and open <br />to the public at all hours. Where appropriate, adjacent paved streets may be a <br />portion of this right-of-way. RANGE OF'F'ORMAL, PUBLIC SPACES - There will be a range of public open <br />spaces throughout the district, including but not limited to squares, courts, parks, <br />plazas and greens. These spaces will be heavily <br />landscaped yet be designed for low maintenance. <br />❑ 4. RANGE OF'TRANSPORTATION MODES -There will be a wide range of <br />transportation modes accommodated on all streets.
