The <br />4, Council, in the resolution taking action on the recommendations, agreed it would be the policy of the City <br />5 to provide for public comment at Council meetings regarding requests for permits on the Lake. <br />6 <br />"7 PROPOSED ACTION <br />9 The Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association requests approval for placement of a water ski course and <br />110 jump in the same locations as in past years. <br />11 FINANCIAL IMPACTS <br />12 <br />13 There are no financial impacts to the City <br />14, <br />'15 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />116 <br />1 7 It is recommended the Council establish a public hearing for the February 24, 2011, meeting to provide for <br />11 111",,'1�111 public input.
