I find <br />that this contract has been fully completed in all respects according to the plans, specifications, <br />and the contract. I therefore recommend that final payment be made from the improvement fund <br />to the contractors for the balance on the contract as follows.- <br />Original Contract amount (based on estimated quantities), $197,446.00 <br />Final Contract Amount <br />Actual amount due (based on actual quantities), <br />Previous payments $188J58.90 <br />Balance Due ,903.10 <br />The construction costs for this project have been funded as follows.- <br />Sanitary Sewer Utility $1198,P062.00 <br />Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and would like more information. <br />Sincerely, <br />Debra M.
