0) <br />The City Manager of the City of Roseville is hereby authorized to prepare a certified <br />copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof and the <br />following voted against the same.- <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
