Attachment A <br />The undersigned clearly understand that they are releasing the City of Roseville, and 'Its officers, <br />mayor, council, employees and agents, and that this release includes all damages now known tiv. <br />them and also all damages now unknown, and clearly understand that this release also includes <br />all damage or results which may develop 'in the future now know or unknown to them. <br />It is further understood and agreed that this settlement is the compromise of a doubtful and <br />disputed claim, and that the payment is not to be construed as an admission of liability on the <br />party of City of Roseville, by whom liability 'is expressly denied. <br />This release contains the ENTIRE AGREEMENT between the parties hereto, and the terms of <br />this release are contractual and not a mere recital. <br />
