At the last meeting, it was generally <br />,concluded that, there are basically two alternatives-. <br />This -policy 'has been pursued consistently since 1959 <br />and, has produced 951 duplex buildings (190 units) <br />throughout the Ci,ty,.i Relatively few of these units <br />were conversions, from single family homes, Over the <br />years, relat-1vely fiewi applications have been denied, <br />Thus, one of the options to accommodate future develop- <br />ment of accessory housing (conversion from one f amily to <br />two f ainily unit) is to continue the current policy and <br />riezoning method, to accommodate the processing of such <br />
