He did explore this Possibility <br />with several, builders, but elects to proceed to plat the land at this time <br />01 <br />into three single family lots. <br />The Problem with attenpting to plat this lot in a more orthodox manner is <br />the locatioin of the existing housle, and, the extreme depth on the northerly <br />two-thirds of' the parcel.
