<br />The ad, hoc committee has completed, 'Its study of the Roseville
<br />figure skating p,rogramo Attached, are guiLdelines developed by
<br />the committee to provide a policy framework for future
<br />management of the various program areas,, We recommend that
<br />these guidelines be adopted and implemented.
<br />The gu I'delines draf teild by the Roseville arena staff this pas"
<br />summer were then, used a,s a starting point. Using the informa-
<br />tion it hiad, giatihe,lrle,d,, the committee rie-worked the guidelines,,
<br />keleping many lo,f them, intaict, amending others, and making some
<br />additions
<br />many hours were spent on the part, of the committee members,,
<br />Recreation Department and arena staff. The f inished product
<br />represents a workable,, compromise of all the varying viewpoints,
<br />Consequently,, it 'is hoped this recommendation will be accepted.

<br />found the experience both enlightening and rewarding.
